Labels will be sent to the email address on the order within 24 hours.

Please follow the accompanying packaging instructions to the letter (double-boxing, attaching both inner and outer labels).  Using non-approved packaging (plastic envelopes, for example) as well as not double-boxing will void the insurance coverage so PLEASE be sure to do this.  Do not use excessively large boxes as the parcel will be tagged and assessed a dimensional weight surcharge (you will be billed for this).

Drop off your package at an authorized UPS (UPS store or UPS depot) or FedEx (Fedex Store or depot) location and have it scanned (keep your scan receipt as proof of mailing).

Labels are good for 5 business days after which it is no longer valid.

*Please also include any paperwork inside your parcel which will help us in identifying your goods upon intake (consignment paperwork, packing list, email correspondence, etc).

**Please also note that the address on the label is to our holding facility as we are located in a high risk area.  The label will not have our company name and address.  The parcels are delivered to us via armored courier.

***We will not be held responsible for losses or damage to your shipment if you do not follow the packaging instructions as directed.
