Antique Arrow Motif Jabot Pin

From the Antique Jewelry University:

"A jabot pin is a brooch with a bejeweled motif at either end. ... Circa mid-seventeenth century, jabot pins were used to secure the ruffled or lace piece of fabric (the jabot) that men wore on the front of their shirts."

How cool is that - and that, my friend, is why we love jabots! This particular one, with an arrow motif, is the perfect size for many applications - as a pendant/charm holder, to pin on a lapel, or a hat, perhaps through a scarf? Tres chic!
