Briolettes have always been a favorite cut of mine - I am infinitely fascinated by the prism-like faceting, and how the diamond catches light and colors as it sways with movement. One of the oldest diamond cuts, *Napoleon Bonaparte presented a 263 ct diamond briolette necklace to his empress consort, Marie Louise in 1811. It featured 19 oval- and pear-shaped briolette-cut diamonds."
This particular one is beyond charming with its slightly elongated and elegant pear shape.
I imagine her strung on a slightly more substantial chain (perhaps a petite rollo or curb?), and sitting right on the collarbone or longer (as shown). Or perhaps simply string her along with other charms in your current collection?
Chain isn't included in price and available for purchase for an additional fee.
